Free, online licenses are available to Connecticut manufacturers to help grow and retain their workforce as part the Ct Back to Work initiative.

Learn how to access the 180 Skills’ library of over 700 manufacturing skills courses and learning pathways selected for SMA companies.

Please join SMA, the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology (CCAT), and 180 Skills for a two hour working session to learn how to access and use the 180 Skills manufacturing skills course library.

 

The objective of the webinar is to ensure attendees understand:

  • How to navigate the 180 Skills course library

  • How to use the system to create and enroll your employees

  • How to organize the skills courses for your unique training needs

  • How to use the reporting engine to monitor your employees training progress
